Abstract

This research presents a novel approach to predicting road quality using high-resolution satellite imagery through transfer learning techniques. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of pre-trained deep learning models in extracting meaningful features from satellite data to assess and predict road conditions across diverse geographic regions.
